Cervando Jessie Sterling-Valdez, 22, was allegedly the gunman caught in this dramatic security video opening fire along the 1300 block of Broadway near the BART escalator at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday seriously injuring one woman. <br /> <br />He is described as a black male, 5-foot-8, with black hair, brown eyes and weighing 153 pounds. <br /> <br />The suspect was seen arguing with another black male just before pulling the firearm and firing several shots. He then fled and was pursued a short distance by a policeman but did managed to get away. <br />The man which Sterling-Valdez was arguing with also fled.
