A hilarious recording has emerged of a Southern Rail train crew member as he led passengers through a quiz and candidly explained issues with the upcoming stop due to "underinvestment at this station."<br /><br />The recording, captured last year, is one of many entertaining announcements made by 'Steve' - who reportedly sings through music rounds while conducting morning quizzes for frustrated commuters.<br /><br />The filmer wrote online: "This guy made for a better commute today.
