This footage shows just how cold it's getting in parts of northern China currently. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Qingdao, Shandong Province on Monday, shows a car completely frozen over so that it looks like an ice sculpture, because it parked in the freezing open air for too long. <br /><br />According to local news, similar cases have been reported on a number of occasions.
