Footage of police and local people rescuing the drunk man after he fell through ice into the sea has emerged from China. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Yantai, Shandong Province last Sunday, shows rescuers running towards the man to use rope and other tools to hoist him to safety. <br /><br />According to local reports, the man was allegedly drunk and was so excited to see the sea ice, he tried to skate on it. <br /><br />But he broke the icy surface by accident and fell into the sea.<br /><br />Fortunately, the man was saved just in time.
