Today, we have the second trailer for this bizarre thriller, starring Andrew Sensenig and Amy Seimetz as a couple trapped within the life cycle of a mysterious, ageless, organism. The film will make its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival next month, before opening in theaters March 22, 2013.
