This was a tender duet performance in the midst of a 1983 Jazz At The Philharmonic (JATP) concert that took place in Japan. Ella performed in a variety of settings -- a duet with Joe Pass and then with her own trio leading up to a rousing version of Flying Home that included the JATP All-Stars (Eddie Lockjaw Davis, Zoot Sims, Clark Terry, J.J.
