Okay, campers, rise and shine and feel free to leave your booties at home because it's not going to be cold for much longer.<br />This morning, the famous weather-predicting groundhog Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow , thereby predicting an early spring season, according to local news station WKYC.<br />The prediction is somewhat historic, as Phil has only failed to see his shadow 18 times since 1887 .<br />Staten Island's weather groundhog , Chuck, also failed to see his shadow.<br />Since 1988, Punxsutawney Phil's predictions have been correct 13 times and incorrect 15 times.
