Crazy Berry Smoothie - A healthy way of snacking

We struggle to eat a healthy snack and instead gobble up on loads of unhealthy food. This smoothie should help solve that problem. Its also good for lactose intolerant people. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />10 no.s blueberries and raspberries <br />1/2 cup chopped strawberries <br />1/2 a banana sliced <br />1 tsp honey <br />1/2 glass water <br />1 scoop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (optional) <br /> <br />Procedure: <br />1. Add all the fruits in the blender along with honey and water <br />2. Blend till smooth <br />3. Pour into a glass halfway and add whipped cream (if you are not lactose intolerant) <br />4. Pour in the rest of the Smoothie <br /> <br />Enjoy your yummy smoothie!!!
