Mobile phone footage of a 17-storey apartment complex that collapsed during the 6.4 magnitude earthquake in southern Taiwan, killing at least three people. <br /><br />The video was reportedly filmed last night just after the tremor stuck shortly before 8pm GMT.<br /><br />It shows the towers after they pancaked to the ground, triggering massive rescue efforts to save those trapped inside.
