This is real because the builders were refused the only crane available in the city which belonged to the govt. <br />They were not able to arrange a privet crane because of the terrain and low level electric cables all around the city roads. <br />Also there is no crane seen in this video in order to lift such a heavy structure to a height like that definitely the crane would have been nearby which is missing here.
