New Delhi, Feb 07 (ANI): Father of six-year-old, Divyansh, who was found dead in a septic tank in Ryan International School, on Sunday said only an independent investigating agency like Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) can investigate the case truthfully. <br />He added that Delhi Deputy Chief Minister has assured him to discuss the case with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
