Taiwan earthquake: Rescue teams search for survivors

A massive rescue operation is underway in southern Taiwan after the earthquake that hit the city of Tainan.<br /><br />At least 12 people have been killed and more than 100 people are still missing, as Rob Mcbride reports from Tainan City.
