Shimla, Feb 08 (ANI): The higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh, <br /> <br />including the capital city Shimla, are reeling under intense cold wave <br /> <br />after heavy snowfall in the region yesterday evening. Shimla, Kufri <br /> <br />and several other towns in the area were wrapped in a thick white <br /> <br />blanket of snow while the mid and lower hills experienced moderate to <br /> <br />heavy rain. According to reports, the mercury has dipped by several <br /> <br />degrees across the state after change in the weather. The Met <br /> <br />department has predicted dry weather during next 24 hours.
