Footage has emerged from China of thick smog causing the closure of several motorways in the south of the country. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Huaian, Jiangsu Province on Thursday, shows cars attempting to drive through open roads despite the low visibility. <br /><br />According to local reports visibility south of Yangzhou, north of Taizhou and south of Yancheng is down to less than 200 metres.
