Dramatic footage of the Arctic conditions currently hitting southern Ontario, Canada. <br /><br />The video, shot early in the morning yesterday, shows large blocks of ice in the lake, as well as freezing mist in the air. <br /><br />The filmer later described the conditions online as an "Arctic blast" and a "polar vortex".
