Drone footage has emerged of the seven-storey building a mentally disabled Chinese farmer built in tribute to his two brothers, who passed away. <br /><br />In the video, captured in Weifang, Shandong Province last Saturday, the unusually shaped building can be seen towering above the other houses. <br /><br />According to local news, the builder of this building is a 55-year-old mentally disabled man named Hu Guangzhou. He spent five years building the house for his two dead brothers, because he believed that they will come back home one day.
