Most psychiatric patients are being failed by the NHS in England - according to a report by an independent task force. <br />It uncovered long waiting times, and a lack of provision in Accident and Emergency departments. <br />Nicola Mattocks, 18, said receiving help for her problems earlier, could have prevented suicide attempts.
