Martha, a bear working with the Moscow State Circus, underwent unique surgery in the Russian city of Irkutsk, Saturday, carried out at night in a deserted human hospital.<br /><br />Aided by a full team of veterinarians, Martha underwent eye surgery after being diagnosed with cataracts at the age of four or five months old.
