MORELIA, MEXICO — Along a five-day tour through Mexico, Pope Francis was greeting a crowd by a stadium on Feb. 16 when someone got a little too excited and almost pulled him into the sea of people. When the Pope nearly landed on top of a child, he gave the parishioner a piece of his mind.

The Argentinian Pope is well known for his warmth, and his mission to be closer to the people. Shaking hands and smiling with his worshippers in Merella, the pontiff showed a stern side of himself not often revealed in the public eye.

After almost crushing the child, who happened to be in a wheelchair, the Pope took a step back and gave a piercing stare toward the person who grabbed him. He then pointed at him and said in Spanish, "Don't be selfish! Don't be selfish!"

The Pope then carried on with his outreach initiative. Video of the incident has since been circulating online.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Welcome to TomoNews, where we animate the most entertaining news on the internets.
