Tear Gas Fired at Ugandan Voters Amid Ballot Delays

<p>Police fired tear gas near a polling station on the outskirts of Kampala on February 18 as Ugandans voted in a presidential election that could see the end of President Yoweri Museveni’s 30-year rule.
