<p>Police fired tear gas near a polling station on the outskirts of Kampala on February 18 as Ugandans voted in a presidential election that could see the end of President Yoweri Museveni’s 30-year rule. Tempers had flared amid long delays to voting caused by the late delivery of ballot papers in several districts.</p><p>The Ugandan Electoral Commission</a> said it regretted the delays but assured voters that those in line outside polling stations by 4pm</a> would be able to vote.</p><br /><p>This videos shows police shooting tear gas canisters in Ggaba, south of Kampala.
