<p>Mark Reussow, an automotive consultant from Rochester, managed to capture this footage of the “best worst driver in the history of a snowstorm” on February 16.</p><br /><p>The driver, described as Reussow as a true “professional,” weaves their vehicle back and forth on an icy road in this video, coming dangerously close to a neighboring pickup truck while still avoiding any accidents.</p><br /><p>The identity of the mysterious, gutsy driver is currently unknown.
