Cameron not addressing UK concerns about EU: Farage

At the EU summit in Brussels, the anti-EU UK Independence Party leader Nigel Farage said that David Cameron's focus on renegotiating migrant benefits failed to address the "fundamental questions that many people in Britain are asking".
