After eight days of rain, Northeastern Massachusetts is flooded. Not as severe as Hurricane Katrina but a mess none the less. <br /> <br />The Topsfield Fair, Kowloon Restaurant, and the Hilltop Restaurant (the one with the cows out front) are all places that me and my friends went to in our younger days. <br /> <br />The video is from channel 25 Fox News in Boston.
