Impressive footage of the remains of an ancient forest in Cornwall, UK, exposed on a beach because recent storms have washed away some of the silt and sand covering it. <br /><br />The video, filmed at Portreath Beach, Cornwall yesterday, shows what appears to be ancient wood on the sea shore - apparently the bark of trees hundreds of thousands of years old. <br /><br />The filmer later wrote online: "Magnificent submerged ancient forest exposed in storms on Portreath Beach Cornwall for the first time in decades."
