Dramatic footage of Cyclone Winston hitting Suva in Fiji on Saturday. <br /><br />The powerful tropical storm tore through islands at the weekend wrecking property and killing at least 29 people, according to reports. <br /><br />This video was taken at about 1830 on Saturday, when the storm hit, and shows trees swaying in the wind and heavy rain. <br /><br />A 30-day state of emergency has been declared and there are fears of disease spreading among the 8,000 people currently sheltering in evacuation centres.
