A video posted online has a lot of people upset in downtown Manhattan. <br /> <br />It appears to show sanitation workers tossing out thousands of dollars worth of fresh fruits and vegetables from a fruit stand. <br /> <br />Workers claim police made them do it. But why? And couldn't it have gone somewhere else?
