Pavel Durov, the founder of the secure messaging app Telegram, says he backs Apple in resisting helping US authorities unlock an iPhone belonging to one of the San Bernardino killers. <br />He was speaking to the BBC's Technology correspondent Rory Cellan-Jones at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, where he revealed that Telegram now has 100 million monthly users.
