Vice President Jejomar Binay on Tuesday said he would set up a Malacañang in Mindanao to help Muslims feel decentralization in government.<br /><br />During a campaign rally at a public school in Pantao Ragat, Lanao Del Norte, Binay said he would build a Malacañang in Mindanao as well as in Cebu.<br /><br />The vice president said he would make Mindanao feel the decentralization in government if he is elected president.<br /><br />Video by Marc Jayson Cayabyab
