Shocking video has emerged of a car being lifted out of water after the driver plunged 20 metres off a cliff. <br /><br />The footage, filmed in Qinzhou, Guangxi Province on February 18, shows police and rescue teams winching the car out of the water, after the driver miraculously survived the fall. <br /><br />According to local reports, because the window on the car was broken when it fell down from cliff, the driver was able to swim to safety.
