Janet Lim-Napoles' lawyer, Stepher David, and Dr. Efren Domingo, Napoles' physician, update media on the medical condition of their client at the Makati regional trial court, which granted her petition on Friday, May 23 2014, to extend her stay at the Ospital ng Makati where she has been confined since her surgery in April. Napoles has been reported to have been experincing bleeding which her doctors attributed in part to stress. The alleged mastermind of the pork barrel scam was supposed to have returned to her detention cell in Fort St. Domingo in Laguna following her operation.
