Amazing footage has emerged from Monterrey, Mexico of hundreds of locals taking to the streets to celebrate Leonardo DiCaprio's Oscars win.<br /><br />The video, captured shortly after he won Best Actor, shows people in Leo masks, painted bodies and with mock trophies after a viral Facebook campaign organised the celebration locally.
