Dennis Cunanan's lawyer Odessa Bernardo says an unsigned affidavit of Janet Lim-Napoles does not merit attention. The affidavit, which was given by Rehabilitation czar Panfilo Lacson to the Senate Wednesday, May 14, 2014, contained the names of lawmakers and Cabinet men who allegedly had dealings with Napoles.
