Say "Hello" to Adele the wedding planner.<br />The 25 hitmaker kicked off her world tour in Belfast, Northern Ireland, on Monday night with a special surprise for a fan named Neil, who traveled all the way from Essex, England.<br />To celebrate the leap year, the 27-year-old singer invited Neil's girlfriend on stage to propose in front of the 11,000-strong audience at the SSE Arena.<br />When the woman revealed that Neil already said "maybe" to her marriage offer earlier in the day, Adele led the crowd to chant, "Come on, Neil."<br />She then warned that he'd better say yes or the crowd could get nasty.<br />"Ooh.<br />They're turning, they're turning!"<br />Adele said, jokingly.<br />Thankfully, commitment-shy Neil eventually uttered the magic words, although he didn't escape without a warning from Adele, who dazzled in a sequined custom Burberry gown.<br />"I've got cameras all around here.<br />I'm making a DVD," she quipped.<br />"I'm going to make you the front cover if you don't do it."
