North Korea could be facing tougher sanctions as the United Nations Security Council sets to vote on a range of new sanctions on Wednesday. <br />For the first time, they include a ban on all military-use equipment, as well as the requirement for all shipments of goods to be inspected. <br />The BBC's John Sudworth reports from the Chinese city of Dandong, the border trading post that handles much of North Korea's trade with the outside world.
