New Delhi, Mar 05 (ANI): Reacting over the Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) incident, Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Saturday said AMU has some technical issue that it is a minority education institution as well as central institution and so the issue is before court. He also assured that they will safeguard the rights of all minority institutions. Meanwhile, Nationalist Congress Party leader Majeed Memon said the AMU incident is very sensitive. He further said that the minority class is “ill-treated” and they also feel unsafe in the country. He added that an affidavit of removing the minority status of AMU should be taken back.
