A tiny nation in the Pacific Ocean has begun legal action to force Britain, Pakistan and India to start dismantling their nuclear stockpile. <br />The Marshall Islands is trying to convince judges at the International Court of Justice to hear the case. <br />The islands were the site of nuclear weapons tests in the 1940s and 1950s.
