Footage has emerged of traffic chaos in front of the Tottenham Court Road Tube Station after the traffic lights were powered off. <br /><br />The footage, shot on Wednesday shortly before 4pm, shows cars and buses driving across the crossroad at the same time in a chaotic way while pedestrians try to cross the busy roads. <br /><br />According to the filmer, the power had been off on the crossroads and in St Giles Casino for half an hour already before he started filming.
