This is how police should be interacting with citizens especially children. Too many videos of bad cops attacking and killing people especially black people. So it's quite amazing to me to see this officer interact with children of color in this manner. I've had bad experiences myself with "gangster" cops. Too often police are intimidating citizens rather than positively interacting with them. I've been harassed by straight "thug" cop, cops that are more thugged out than thugs. I guess there are some good cops out there. Well at least one. The cops in my neighborhood never interact with us like that. Good to see a good cop.
