A suspected car bomb has exploded in the Kizilay neighbourhood of the Turkish capital Ankara, with reports of at least five people killed.<br />State-run broadcaster TRT said the car had exploded close to a bus stop.<br />Witnesses say the explosion was in the Guven park which is close to many government ministries.<br />Some vehicles were on fire.<br />It said that the area was being evacuated in case there was a second attack.
