Footage of a lorry with a device installed that can make the number plate appear and disappear on command. <br /><br />The CCTV video, captured in Xiaogan, Hubei Province, China last Friday, shows the number plate on the lorry moving so that it can be hidden or visible. <br /><br />According to local reports, the owner of the lorry may have had the device installed in order to escape “electronic eyes”. <br /><br />The driver was fined and had points deducted from his license.
