Learn how to make vegetarian Galouti Kebab, an interesting and unique recipe only on Swaad Anusaar. <br /> <br />Straight from the Royal kitchen, Galouti Kebab is a famous and well known Nawabshahi recipe. A very interesting and refreshing tweak to this recipe and presents to you the all new vegetarian Galouti Kebab. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1/2 cup kidney beans soaked and boiled <br />1/4cup soya granules (boiled for 5 mins and squeeze out all the water) <br />1 onion grated <br />1 tsp garlic paste <br />1tsp ginger paste <br />3 tbsp roasted gramdal flour <br />1/2 tsp cinnamon <br />1/2 tsp cloves powder <br />1/2 tsp cardamom powder <br />1/2 tsp red chilli powder <br />1/2 tsp cumin seed powder <br />2tbsp cashew nut powder <br />1 tsp amchoor powder <br />3 green chillies <br />Coriander leaves <br />Ghee <br />Salt <br />Lime Juice <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Heat ghee in a pan and add grated onion. <br />- After a minute, add ginger and garlic paste. <br />- Allow the onion to cool down, once it is brown. <br />- In a bowl add kidney beans minced along with boiled soya granules. <br />- Add cloves powder, cumin seed powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, red chilli powder, cashew nut powder, finely chopped green chillies, roasted gram flour, coriander leaves, salt and the onion mixture. <br />- Mix these ingredients well. <br />- In the end squeeze lime juice over the top. <br />- Make a small portion of the mix and make a flat round. <br />- Heat ghee in order to roast kebabs. <br />- Cook them on slow flame. <br />- Flip them, once they are golden brown. Add ghee and spread them after flipping. <br />- Nawabshahi Kebabs are ready to serve.
