Info From Licensor: "Just got back from Mexico, heading home from airport. We hit a large puddle on the road and splashed the red pickup. They came after us, clipped our Escalade twice, attempting to force us onto the boulevard. We go thru a light, they didn't. They caught up quickly and that's when the video was made. It continued after this still, 911 was called.
