Chancellor George Osborne revealed his Budget where he announced an extra £3.5bn in spending cuts. <br />Labour's shadow Chancellor John McDonnell said: "I don't believe the capitalist society that we have at the moment is the most effective way that we should be developing our economy." <br />He was speaking to Justin Webb on the Today programme.
