Bizarre footage has emerged from China of a man lying down under a police car and refusing to move, after officers stopped him for parking his tricycle illegally.<br /><br />In the video, captured in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia on Wednesday, the man can be seen lying under the police car, while the officers try to persuade to get up and leave. <br /><br />After quite some time, the man decided it was in his interest to get up and go.
