Residents of Syria's Latakia lament Russian withdrawal

Residents of Latakia, the heartland of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's Alawite sect and home to the Hmeimim Russian airbase, expressed their sadness on Thursday over Russia's withdrawal of its forces.
