New Delhi, Mar 21 (ANI): Union Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar on Monday said the fire at the Deonar dump yard is sheer carelessness on the part of contractors responsible for managing the dump. Citing the ruckus as a serious matter, Javadekar said the smoke from the garbage is emitting toxic gases harmful for the environment and the people living in the city. The minister further said that the perpetrators responsible for the act will not be spared.
