Dramatic footage has emerged from South Africa of a powerful dust storm engulfing a car. <br /><br />The video, filmed near the banks of the Vaal River on January 23, shows how visibility was reduced to near zero as the people in the car, who were on a fishing trip, get caught in the storm.
