Ingredients: <br />8 oz. thinly sliced ribeye - 1 Tbs. chopped garlic <br />1 cup sliced onion <br />2 Tbs. soy sauce <br />2 Tbs. sugar <br />1 Tbs. soju (Korean liquor) <br />1 tsp. sesame oil <br />1 tsp. sesame seeds <br />1/8 tsp. black pepper <br />2 green onion, sliced <br />2 julienne jalapeno <br />3 slides provolone cheese <br />3 slider buns, toasted on buttered skillet <br /> <br />Directions: <br />1. In a mixing bowl, combine beef and next 8 ingredients (until pepper) and mix well, marinate beef for 10 minutes. <br />2. <br />Heat a large skillet over high heat, add marinated beef and cook until full cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in green onion and jalapeno, cook 1 more minutes. <br />3. Device bulgogi into 3 portions and place cheese right on top. Pour 1/4 cup of water and cover, steam it until cheese is completely melted, about 2 minutes. <br />4.
