New Delhi, Mar 28 (ANI): Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on Monday said imposing President's rule in Uttarakhand was most definitely a suspension of democracy and was confident that the courts won’t allow it. He also said that the election gave a clear mandate to the Congress, and therefore, the decision to impose president’s rule was terrible. He further added that Congress Party will challenge this decision in court.
