Patna, Mar 28 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday said that the the decision of imposing president's rule in Uttarakhand is undemocractic. Kumar further said that imposition of president's rule before the incumbent government was allowed to prove its majority was ethically wrong. He further said that the ruling dispensation at the Centre had made a joke of the 10th Schedule of the Constitution, where any party having less than two-thirds majority members cannot think of quitting the party.
